Reconnection of Service

If your service is scheduled to or has been interrupted due to at Late Notice or Payment Plan, please be sure to contact our office at 325-646-9700 once payment is made for verification. 

Same day reconnection hours are as follows:

Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm 

Friday 8:00am-11:00am

Extended reconnection hours requiring a $35.00 fee:

Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-5:00pm

Friday- 11:00am-5:00pm
